We understand that participants on the retreats have their own story and finding yourself in a peaceful environment allows us to heal & recharge, advancing with a clear mind and open heart.

Yoga courses are taught by myself, Amber. I will direct you through comfortable poses, breathing exercises, correcting one’s body alignment, chanting in the heart, chakra cleansing & meditation.
With years of experience like a massage & yoga therapist inside them for hours the pleasure teaching classes at studios and retreat centres around the world, connecting with folks all different backgrounds and avenues of life.
I was honoured to turn into a qualified yoga instructor under the tutelage of Padma Nair “Padma Karma” a professional yoga school in India.
I’m able to guide all levels whether you’re not used to yoga or maybe more advanced looking to strengthen and boost your regular practice.

My lady Ivan will teach Qigong Meditation classes. Qigong is recognized as chinese people form of yoga and uses slow graceful meditative movements to help you cultivate your Qi connecting with your universal elements. Ivan has plenty of experience teaching at yoga retreat abroad & abroad and is currently completing his training with The Shiatsu College london within the tutelage of Annie Cryer & Cathryn Burnnet.

During your stay with us you will be served delicious nutritious vegetarian meals, fresh juices and smoothies.
Plus the daily Yoga and Qigong classes we provide raw food nutrition workshops to learn how to prepare basic and tasty recipes.

You will also are able to sign up in reiki healing and a various massage treatments.
