A whole new 2016 Christmas rock song continues to be written, composed and then recorded in the Phuket recording studio in Thailand by songwriter ‘Mark Hopkins’ using the main aim of bringing awareness and contact with the Phuket Charities and Orphanages that Mark supports.
The songs name is: ‘I’m coming back home for Christmas’ and the songs genre is definitely an unique up-tempo Rock/POP song. Mark wrote and semi recorded a demo guide of ‘I’m coming home for Christmas’ in 2015 on Phuket and it has had the demo guide subsequently expecting this chance to record.
In August 2016 Mark started it process and used session musicians to record the song over the 6 week period. The songs consists of 8 separate tracks and session musician come from the Philippines, like the lead vocalist ‘Micah Javier’. Despite the fact that ‘I’m Returning home For Tsunami Phuket was studio recorded on Phuket the blending, engineering and mastering was done in the USA due to Mark wanted the most effective result and audio quality. The song has become ready to be listened to and downloaded when you go to the Tsunami Day website.
The key objective of recording ‘I’m Returning home For Christmas’ is always to bring as many people to the ‘Tsunami Day’ website as possible, then hopefully in-turn are going to kind enough to donate to at least one or all the Phuket charities and also download the song.
One other absolute goal is to find enough downloads from the song to invest in as well as set up 2016 christmas song with open stage and recording / teaching studio on Phuket, that can offer free lessons and tuition to local underprivileged children through the local schools and orphanages. To date ‘La QingTing’ just isn’t open yet but the website is below (QingTing means: ‘Dragon Fly’ in Chinese if you’re wondering)
About: Mark set-up the ‘Tsunami Day’ website to promote his song ‘Tsunami Day’ that has been inspired from his own personal experiences as i was residing in Patong in 2004 if the Tsunami hit Patong on boxing day. As with ‘I’m Returning For Christmas’ the song ‘Tsunami Day’ also brought awareness to local Phuket Charities and children’s Orphanages. For the ‘Tsunami Day’ web there’s numerous ways to help such as a Phuket Hotels and cheap flights to Thailand and Asia booking system. Every penny helps.
