For many years I had a down economy i became driven to determine why these things were happening if you ask me.
This became one of my life’s greatest challenges. I used to be so stuck inside a victim mindset of why me, that I almost missed out on Life lessons and tests that were being presented before me. Little did I understand, that I what food was in preparation for my advancement. In those days it felt like I used to be moving into hell. The perception I had created of my experience then has not been great, I used to be more tightly focused in the negative, filled with fear and looking for a person or something to blame and be responsible.
Then one day I ran across that I has not been on your own dealing with a down economy, there where many others dealing with tough experiences too. Although their experiences were a lttle bit dissimilar to mine, we were holding still being challenged on the core, and this gave me comfort realizing that the hard journey has not been simply for me. Because of this understanding I began to give myself permission to result from the victim mindset that have me inside a mental prison for countless years. The truth is all of us have to pass through some a down economy at different periods in our lives and no-one can tell why we must have these experiences. This then causes us to ask ourselves that which you are capable of doing about it? Most people get stuck here, due to this question. You tell yourself that you do not know what to do which basically is really a recipe for mental bondage that cuases the victim mindset.
Whatever you decide on here will define the road that you’ll follow. Lets take an illustration. Maybe you have felt as you were a target from a circumstance? Here are some that mindset is really a spiralling on to negative emotions you’ll start to feel helpless, hopelessness and pretty quickly you might be down in the dumps? This is usual to many people, we have areas were we are adamant that it is beyond our understanding, so it’s easier for people to really make the assumption that it is somebody’s fault, so when you start out to think such as this celebrate you lose your power over what is happening. When you are in this frame of mind or belief it is extremely challenging to come out of it, you will require something a lot more powerful frame of mind so that you can be free.
At this point many are asleep, so they really have to wake from their slumber. When you find yourself wake something changes, you then become mindful of the method that you have been playing smaller than average are getting to be a target. An individual will be mindful of this you open a door for the perception to alter. Your journey of being positive starts here which experience is exactly what I call a shift in a new way of thinking. This transitioning duration of transformation is generally slow but really worth the wait.
You know that transitioning is usually a challenging time since you are taking care of releasing the old in order that the new can occur. Many of us find change hard to take care of as obviously we quite often combat any change, because we choose to sit and dwell in what we are familiar with which can be otherwise called the comfortable zone. In the comfortable zone many people we dwell there for days on end periods, that which you don’t realise is change will probably happen anyway whether we accept it or fight it. Therefore it is usually all set together with the flow instead of resisting and fighting. So that you can accept the progres and turn into in flow with it you’ll want a positive perception of the circumstances that you’re going through.
The most challenging question that lots of people ask is how you can maintain positivity? Generally we are creatures of habit we discover just changing something from our usual pattern rather painful but it’s consistence, endurance, persistence, perseverance and patience that usually brings greatest results.
