When NEWS Is just too big Much Information

The cast of characters are settling looking their new situations. They are that nothing much needs to be happening to upset that world, yet, they are surprisingly wrong.


This tale of innuendo, gossip, lies, misdirection and intrigue discovers authentically like a comedy of errors and misinformation. The idea is easy enough and subtle enough to give a good base.

Ma Foster provides housing on her “girls,” Bella, Chloe and Kitty. The three in residence are missing. Ma makes a huge problem regarding it. She even goes to the local newspaper when the local police do not respond to her fears. She does appeal to the out-of-work detective, the modern editor with the local newspaper and as a final point the city itself.

The central character is Henrietta, who was named after the town under consideration, Henryetta, Oklahoma. Henrietta has a lot going for her currently, she gets moved to the big city, OKC, OK and landed a job together with the local t.v. station. Even though this won’t strengthen your journalistic career, it will get her in the heart of Leisure and events of the morning. The most common players for Henryetta are Wynona Sue, Henrietta’s hairdresser mother stars in the “reality” show, see later. Her husband, Professor LeHough, a neighborhood bug expert is bald from the surprise shaving. Rodney, Henrietta’s boyfriend, camera man buddy and overall companion is pulled and tugged by Henrietta and her immediate boss Miss Peg. Harold Mixon, the dog owner and editor emeritus with the local weekly newspaper, recently put on the web is attempting to use a pleasant and quiet Labor Day weekend with his friends with the International Order of Odd Fellows (I.O.O.F.).

The other main characters are Gigi Carpenter, a feminist reporter turned editor with the local newspaper. Max (Maximo) Morgan a would-be gum shoe private eye which has a penchant for old murder mysteries, especially Dashiel Hammet’s “Fat Man” tales. Then Deano DeBoffo because the “reality” show director attempting to shot a pilot for any new show. Finally, Shatner Lapp, like a newsman, publisher, editor and all-round classic boy, relates to town to assistance with his Princeton buddy’s newspaper problems.

Once these folks get involved with the gossip laden townsfolk, the misinformation flies. With an increase of rumors then a facts probably warrant, these missing girls become more and more objects of speculation and intrigue while almost no factual info is given. The rumors start mild because the missing girls are just sought out by Ma and Maximo.

These rumors and gossip finally lead up to an important “reporter war” between Shat and Gigi. The misinformation here becomes the avalanche cascading within the news and so the townspeople.
