The moment must the amazing wedding speech be provided…?

How weddings have changed in the decades! From the handful to 400-500 invited guests; one-two to six-eight wedding ceremony members; a straightforward wedding car to expensive and large wedding cars; three course meals to six course meals; 1-3 live bands; simple attire to colorful and flamboyant dresses, suits and attire and off-the-cuff to well-prepared wedding speeches.

Speaking of the latter, wedding speeches are still a fundamental part of a wedding and guests do enjoy hearing them, speaking about them before, during as well as after they’ve been delivered.

We have all heard of father of the bride speech delivered prior to the meal, during the meal after the meal, however it’s of an strong opinion that this wedding speeches should be delivered as soon as the meal. I realize that for a lot of bridal party speakers i.e. Father from the Bride Speech, Father with the Groom Speech, Bride Speech, Groom Speech and Bestman Speech (the five main speakers), they’d want to possess the wedding speeches prior to meal, for them to enjoy their meal (a lot of them are spending money for it!). However, all is here the invited guests and the way a lot of them (and indeed the wedding venue staff) would like the wedding speeches to get delivered after the meal for a lot of reasons, many of which include:

The invited guests are already fed and watered and aren’t playing wedding speeches on an empty stomach (at least of food, which may be so ahead of the meal, though weddings today do provide light snacks upon arrival with the wedding venue)
Food could be cooked and served in the agreed time (introduce wedding ceremony speeches before the meal as well as their might be a delay of 15 minutes to a single.5 hours, driving the kitchen staff crazy attempting to keep food freshly cooked, presentable and edible)
Wedding ceremony speeches work as the transition from the meal to the dancing (broke happening following the meal, people are expecting ‘a few words’ to be shared in regards to the Bride & Groom and they understand they’re able to wake up, move around, come out, take a stroll, navigate to the bar…)
It’s not easy for fogeys with the Bride & Groom to communicate in in public places, as most of them wouldn’t be used than it. So, they could, whenever they so wished, speak before the / their meal.

There should always be some kind of formal wedding speech(es) as soon as the meal…
