For many years I had difficult times and that i became driven to discover the things were happening to me.
This became one among my life’s greatest challenges. I was so stuck within a victim mindset of why me, that we almost missed out on Life lessons and tests which are being presented before me. Little did I know, that we is at preparation in my advancement. In those days it felt like I was living in hell. The perception I’d of my experience then had not been great, I was more tightly focused within the negative, filled with fear and looking for a person or something responsible and take responsibility.
Eventually I stumbled upon that we had not been the only person dealing with difficult times, there where lots of others dealing with tough experiences too. Though their experiences were somewhat dissimilar to mine, these folks were still being challenged for the core, and this gave me comfort knowing that the tough journey had not been exclusively for me. For that reason understanding I began to give myself permission to recover from the victim mindset that had me within a mental prison for several years. The thing is that all people have to endure some difficult times at different periods of our own lives and nobody really knows why we should instead have these experiences. This then causes us to ask ourselves what we should are capable of doing about this? Most of the people find yourself in trouble here, due to this question. You know yourself you don’t get sound advice which basically is a recipe for mental bondage that cuases the victim mindset.
Everything you decide on here will define the way you will follow. Lets take an example. Perhaps you have felt just like you were a target associated with a circumstance? Here are some that mindset is a spiralling on to negative emotions you may begin to feel helpless, hopelessness and pretty quickly you happen to be down within the dumps?
