Since incorporation it’s been providing inbound tours in Khasab to the various needs of the clients. We want to introduce ourselves as one of the leading Tour Operators of Musandam Region.
What we should Do?
DOLPHIN KHASAB TOURS are dedicated to musandam oman dhow cruise and protection of the local environment and in particular dolphins, making sure we don’t influence on these beautiful creatures. We presume within the values of eco-tourism, respecting environmental surroundings and protecting all plants and creatures in the natural habitat.
Kindly appreciate that what we offer are wild and natural encounters with dolphins. On the good day you might be fortunate to find out large pods of dolphins using their young across the dhow; if you’re not so lucky, you will still visit the fjords, see magnificent rock formations, view historic sites including Telegraph Island, and visit local fishing villages accessible only by boat. About Khasab, Musandam
Khasab, the administrative centre of the Musandam peninsula, is situated 500 kilometers from Muscat and is also dubbed the “Norway of Arabia”. Mighty jebels (mountains) stand up within this unique and rugged locale. Aside from the beauty that lies above the waters, Musandam also has an abundant and colourful underwater world, teeming with varied marine life, providing spectacular snorkeling, Khasab Musandam Oman Diving and Khasab Musandam Oman fishing.
The breath-taking beauty of the lake, the unspoilt beaches and steep wadis (dry river beds) are aplenty around Khasab. Majestic fjords, dotted with islands and the really clear waters shimmering under the sun together with historic Khasab Fort, Telegraph Island and a multitude of underwater adventures alllow for a totally memorable holiday.
The simplest way to feel the idyllic beauty of Musandam is as simple as a sea trip on a traditional wooden dhow. Many varieties of sea birds roam and nest round the cliffs at Khawr Ghubb Ali and dolphins could be sighted near Jebel Harim, the highest peak in Musandam. Khasab also has a number of markets and shops with goods from nearby Iran and locally-made pottery.
