When must the perfect wedding speech be delivered…?

How weddings have changed on the decades! Coming from a handful to 400-500 invited guests; one-two to six-eight wedding party members; an easy wedding car to expensive and big wedding cars; three course meals in order to six course meals; 1-3 live bands; simple attire to colorful and flamboyant dresses, suits and attire and off-the-cuff to well-prepared wedding speeches.

These are rogues, wedding speeches are nevertheless a fundamental part of a marriage and guests do look forward to hearing them, referring to them before, during as wll as after they’ve been delivered.

We have all heard of wedding speeches delivered before the meal, through the meal and after your food, yet it’s of a strong opinion how the wedding speeches ought to be delivered as soon as the meal. I understand that for many bridal party speakers i.e. Father in the Bride Speech, Father with the wedding speeches (the five main speakers), they would choose to hold the wedding speeches before the meal, to allow them to enjoy their meal (many of them are spending money for it!). However, is going on the invited guests and just how a lot of them (and even wedding ceremony venue staff) would rather the wedding ceremony speeches to become delivered as soon as the meal for a lot of reasons, many of which include:

The invited guests have already been fed and watered and are not playing wedding speeches before eating anything (at least of food, which could be the case before the meal, though weddings today do provide light snacks upon arrival at the wedding venue)
Food might be cooked and served at the agreed time (introduce the wedding speeches prior to the meal and their could be a delay of 15 minutes one.5 hours, driving the kitchen staff crazy continuing to keep food freshly cooked, presentable and edible)
The wedding speeches become the transition in the meal towards the dancing (with nothing happening following your meal, everyone is expecting ‘a few words’ to get shared in regards to the Bride & Groom and they do know they are able to wake up, move about, have a break, take a stroll, see a bar…)
It can be hard for fogeys from the Bride & Groom to speak in public areas, as most of them wouldn’t be used than it. So, they could, if they so wished, speak prior to the / their meal.

There should be some kind of formal speech(es) after the meal…
