2016 Christmas Rock n Roll song recorded in a Phuket recording studio Thailand

A fresh 2016 Christmas rock-POP song has been written, composed and then recorded in a Phuket recording studio in Thailand by songwriter ‘Mark Hopkins’ with the key goal of getting awareness and exposure for the Phuket island charity and Orphanage that Mark supports. You can listen and read more by going to the Tsunami Day, Phuket website .

The tunes title is: I’m coming home for Christmas and the songs sound is a distinctive up-tempo rock n roll song. Mark wrote and partially recorded a demo music guide of ‘I’m coming home for Christmas’ in 2015 on Phuket island and has kept the demo track since then waiting for the opportunity to record once again. In late August 2016 Mark began the recording process and used session musicians to studio record the track over a six week period. The track contains 8 separate tracks and all session players were from the Philippines, including the female lead singer ‘Micah Javier’.
Even though I’m coming home for Christmas was studio recorded on Phuket the mixing and mastering was done in the USA because of Mark needed the best result and quality. The music is now ready to be heard and downloaded by visiting the ‘Tsunami Day’ web site.
The main purpose of studio recording I’m coming home for Christmas is to bring as many people to the Tsunami Day web site as we are able to and then we hope in-turn they’ll be good enough to donate to at least one or every one of the Phuket charities, and to also download the track.
The other absolute goal is to have enough downloads of the track to help fund and create a Phuket live music cafe with open stage and studio / teaching room on Phuket, that’ll provide free instructions and tuition to local underprivileged children from the neighborhood schools and children’s orphanages. Currently ‘La QingTing’ isn’t open right now but the website is below. (QingTing means: Dragon Fly in Chinese if you are wondering).
About: Mark set-up the Tsunami Day web site to promote his song Tsunami Day that was inspired from his own particular experiences while he was living in Patong in 2004 when the Tsunami hit Patong on boxing day. Much like ‘I’m Coming Home For Xmas’the track Tsunami Day also brought awareness to local Phuket Charities and . On the ‘Tsunami Day’ web site there’s numerous methods to simply help including a Thailand Resort and cheap flight booking to Thailand booking system. Every penny helps.
